We implement a three-level quality control system:

Sourcing from certified mills such as Liuzhou Steel, with original Mill Test Certificate (MTC)
On-site inspection by our QC team before shipment (dimensions, surface, weight, etc.)
Optional third-party inspection (SGS, BV, etc.) before loading

If any material discrepancy or serious quality issue occurs due to our responsibility, we will arrange replacement or compensation.

We provide standard export packaging suitable for ocean shipping:

Structural steel & pipes: bundled with steel strips or wire (≤3 tons per bundle), edge protection + waterproof wrapping
Steel plates & coils: fixed with steel pallets or frames; coils can be wrapped with anti-rust paper and steel cover
Customized packaging available (fumigated wooden pallets, anti-rust oil, etc.)
